Stamina

Stamina is the endurance you build to resist fatigue. It's importance toward your daily life is greater than you think. Developing your stamina not only gives you the ability to continue training under stressful situations - which makes you a lot stronger (i.e. weight lifting, body weight exercises), but increasing your stamina also increases your resistance to common health problems such as heart disease.


There are many more ways to develop your stamina other than running


Most people absolutely HATE running. The feeling of being out of breath often scares them, so they simply don't run - they continue to be out-of-shape because of a little FEAR. Well listen up: FEAR is a mental thing - it's not even real, it's all in your head. Many people define fear as being scared, adrenaline dump, etc... Those aren't the real definitions. The REAL definition of fear is: False Evidence Appearing Real.
